As Big As Disney
Apple is to the tech world what Disney is to the world of entertainment media. It's an American icon. A "must-have" for Apple's cult-like fanboys and fangirls stretching from Los Angeles to New York. London to Sydney. The long lines have become as ubiquitous a sight at Apple stores during product launches as the once-bitten Newton's apple that has been the company's logo since the days of flying toaster screen savers and mouse pads. The U.S. is home to most of the world's Apple Stores. Here's where Apple has real estate in markets around the world.
235 Regent Street
Prime Apple real estate on Regent Street in London. Like its former colony in Hong Kong, London also has only three Apple stores. The U.K. is home to 39 Apple stores.
550 King Street
This one is almost like salt in the wound to BlackBerry. The store front of an Apple Store in Waterloo, home to the guys who made the cell phone smart. Apple's iPhone led to a competition war with Google. The two operating devices were a one-two punch to the fortunes of Canada's BlackBerry.. Canada has 29 Apple stores. Guess how many BlackBerry stores it has...
MacArthur Chambers
The Apple Store in Brisbane with a bunch of Aussies waiting for the new iPhone. Australia has 21 stores.
99 Rue de Rivoli
There's two things iconic about France: one is the Eiffel Tower. The other is the Louvre. This is the store front of the Apple Store at the Carrousel du Louvre. There are 19 Apple stores in France.
Kurfürstendamm 26
This is the only Apple Store in Berlin. There are 14 throughout Germany.
8th Century Avenue, Pudong District
Shanghai has four Apple stores. Not counting the fake ones of course. This one is in the Pudong District. China is the biggest growth market for Apple products today. Despite high prices for iPhones, the Chinese continue to desire this American icon over Korean and Chinese made brands like Samsung and Xiaomi.
500 Hennessy Road
The exterior of one of three Hong Kong-based Apple stores. This one is in Causeway Bay at Hysan Place.
〒150-0041
Yeah...we didn't think so. That's the 渋谷 in the Shibuya neighborhood of Tokyo. Japan's largest city has four Apple stores, accounting for 45% of Japan's retail Apple presence in the country.

3,900 Avenida das Américas
Two icons side by side here as Rio de Janeiro's popular Sugarloaf mountain looks like it's taken a chunk out of the Apple logo. This Apple Store is located in the tawny Barra de Tijuca, a small town outside of Rio de Janeiro city. Sao Paulo also has an Apple Store.
Koru Sok No.2
Keeping with the traditional look of a U.S. Apple Store, Istanbul has two retail outlets. This one is in the riverside neighbourhood of Besiktas.
815 Boylston
One of the newer Apple stores. This one on Boylston Street in Boston's Back Bay. It is the only Apple Store in the city.
Apple has around 266 stores in the U.S., making it the company's biggest retail presence. The U.K. comes in second with 39 stores, followed by Canada and Australia. China is the biggest emerging market by far.
Thank You....
